The high-response transmission mechanism design, paired with a high-power servo motor, directly drives the X-axis via the motor, reducing indirect transmission errors between components and effectively enhancing X-axis positioning accuracy. The Z-axis utilizes a backlash-free reduction mechanism for transmission, effectively increasing axial thrust and improving positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy during high-speed transmission.

All feed axes of the machine tool are equipped with external encoder feedback devices, enabling high-precision positioning. Utilizing advanced design methods such as computer-aided design and finite element analysis, it is primarily designed for the precision machining of disc-sleeve and short-shaft components. The X and Z directional movements employ a cross-slide structure to ensure the accuracy of machine tool movement. The machine tool spindle adopts high-precision bearings and a high-rigidity spindle structure design, primarily configured with top-tier domestic and international CNC systems, enabling stable and high-precision cutting operations.
